IMO Vit 3N37 is the best and cleanest for 115/124 9MM followed by Vit N350 and CFE pistol. Gives some of the highest velocities with less pressure/recoil.

Unique seems to be pretty universal in loadings in readily available powders. I currently load 124gr cast, 147gr cast and 124gr plated.Powder is generally +/- 0.1 gr as it dropped using a Hornady powder drop on my Dillon xl650 (although usually right at the listed charge).
