Had alread installed the fresh air block off plates to prevent backfiring. Run vent tube from under tank down to bottom of bike with other hose and no more problem.2003 Vulcan 1500 Classic Won't Start : (. The bike sat for about 3 to 4 weeks. Feb 10, 2015 · I have a 99 1500 Vulcan Classic, it has been sitting in the garage for about two months. I attempted to start it a couple days ago, turned on the switch and got no power to anything at all, starter, lights horn. I removed the seat and checked all the fuses, all good, battery fully charged. I pulled the tank and cheked all connections, all good. 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 classic. 13,600 Miles. Couple weeks ago I tried to start it and nothing. Turned key on and off moved start switch on and off a few times then it finally started.
