You most likely have a linking problem. In bedrock villagers don't need a path to a bed or job block to link to it. Make sure you don't have any other beds or job blocks within 50 blocks of your farm. Or other villagers within 50 blocks that could link to your farm job blocks and beds. Next break your beds and place them one by one.If iron golem still aren’t spawning, you will need to make sure that there aren’t any non-air blocks that are in between the overhanging sides of the T shape and the ground tile. Grass and dirt blocks in these positions will actively prevent them from spawning. So, once you remove those, you should be good to go.

I have created three different iron farm designs in an attempt to have one work on my server. The problem must be related to the server somehow because the farms did work when tested on singleplayer.
