119. knock-three-times •. Our pay is $3-$7 less an hour than other local retail stores nearby. When I started working here a few years ago, Kohl’s was on the lower end, but comparable to others. People in my store are quitting but new hires are not willing to work for the pitiful wages, so they are not being replaced. The culture at Kohl's is great. Perks and Benefits are very good. The work is challenging and I learn something new every day. We have a clear career path and we are given the development tools to get to the next level.
