This was a breeze. I put the belt on 90 minutes not 60 before my appointment. I knew to do this because I actually did a dry run with another belt so I would feel 100 percent confident I'd be ready for the real deal and I feel that the temp strips on the Monkey Whizz bag run hotter than the temp strips on the collection jar.
