He would just unfold it throw a yoga mat ontop of it and instant camp bed. About as comfy as it sounds but better then other options. In Brazil a really big number of trucks, especially rigid trucks, have day cabs and go for trips that last, oftentimes, weeks. It's terrible, but the driver stays in the cab only when driving and for sleep.
