I had same problem with the TurboTax I bought at Sam's Club. I installed via CD to my Windows 10 pc. I encountered a problem running it on my computer. (Specifically, TurboTax will not display at least 3 pages, e.g., entering Social Security benefits. Not a new problem and one they have never fixed....It took 3 calls to Intuit support to resolve this issue, but the last support person I talked to solved the problem.
