The twinned blade at +25 does 101 blood loss build up. Highest I’ve seen in the game. I use it to fight dragons and it bleeds them in like 3-4 hits. A maxed out blood twinblade has 100 bleed per hit, and two hand it does 2 hits on its really fast R1; blood curved/straight swords or blood katanas have 82 bleed per hit.

Eleonora spawned without any intro and, not knowing what to do, I killed her. She did not drop anything on dying.
