My visual voicemail stopped working.
I know this is just a workaround, but does your service provider have their own visual voicemail app? That's what I use because I couldn't find the Phone -> Settings -> Voicemail -> Visual voicemail toggle at the time (around last year?) and/or it didn't work.

Select the toggle to turn it on or off. If prompted, allow the app to access the phone call logs and either Draw over other apps or Appear on top.Remove your " Visual Voice Mail " application.
