I did the same thing for every single COMAT. I did 100 new cheesy dorian a day for the topic (ex IM or FM or OB plus whatever previously done cards). And then in the last three weeks I took the comquest questions for the comat and divided it by 18 days and just that many questions a day

The FM comat will probably help for the IM comat too. I always focused on doing questions over content review but I also used OME when I could. Good luck ... The UWORLD internal medicine has over 1,000 questions, and that’s just a lot more than I am willing to do. I am hoping to focus on content review, and a friend reccommend this podcast.

I typically aimed for 1000 questions each exam. I was also studying for step 1 at the time which I had to take in the middle of all that. I did not do the 120 questions in combank that are supposed to act as a self assessment, I worked off their main qbank of 2200. Some questions on the shelf are word for word. But no more than like 2 each shelf.
