Correctional officer (Former Employee) - Marion, OH - November 13, 2018. Management aren't on the same page as the COs and most COs here are dirty. Thats why I kept to myself and did my job to the best of my ability. Yeah, it pays the bills but it's irritating knowing this job is supposed to rely on teamwork.
