Good news it worked. The test light lit up but only for a second every 5 seconds. It follows that pattern consistently and will light up every 5 seconds. So I started pulling fuses and the fuse I pulled was the 20amp for horn and iod. Now for the bad news lol I pulled the 10amp fuses after which were for horn and the other for IOD.They said something else was going on. I did some research and found out about the class action settlement. I also read about the DCM staying on and possibly draining the battery so I removed the DCM fuse from under the hood. Boom!
