Boot Barn was fabulous to work for considering the fashion and customers, I loved what I, however, management was not the best. Employees are often overworked, many part time working full time hours because of staffing, because no one wants to work for the amount of pay they offer.
Boot Barn as a whole company was great. The management at this location is very heavy on the favoritism. Allowing one person to dress how they want, do what they want, etc. when it comes to an employee that isn’t liked by them they definitely get treated poorly and unfair compared to other employees.
