One thing to note on the Ikelos smg with chambered compensator you get the increase in stability and the perfect 100 recoil direction without the need for a counterbalance mod. Go for chambered/arrowhead, seraph, DSR/Threat Detector, Tap the trigger. Bonus if you get vorpal as the interchangeable perk.
