When I turn the key on, the neutral ligh doesn't come on and when I push the starter button nothing happens. The gu I bought it from had been using a screw driver to touch the solenoid to turn it on.The clicking also means there is power to the relay. I suspect a bad connection from the relay to the starter, or from the starter to ground via the engine ground strap. More often than not there is a dirty/corroded connection somewhere.
