Roku remote doesn't have pair button
I have a similar problem. Roku Ultra with voice remote and Samsung Q60 65 series. Also have the same Roku Ultra setup with a Vizio TV. One Roku voice remote had very finicky volume controls. We needed to press the up/down buttons close to the center, very hard and/or repeatedly. Then, I had a brilliant idea: download the Roku app.I researched how to pair the remote without the pairing button, and the only instruction that I found was to unplug the Roku stick, wait until the Roku screen appears on the tv, and then put new batteries into the remote and point at the Roku device. I have tried multiple times and have not had any success with this process.
