I just got a pre-owned 2018 Pacifica Tourning-L with the Mopar 10.1 inch Overhead DVD system installed. I didn't know the system was supposed to have headphones, so when I looked over the car at the dealer I didn't think to ask about them. Now searching the car hey aren't there and the dealer...The one problem with using an aftermarket is that Chrysler uses a PCI bus system (essentially 2 cables to carry the signals for all speakers). The power will work because that is part of the plug at the deck but for the audio from the deck goes to the back of the Pac to an amp (even on the basic systems) which is underneath the back storage deck then from there it feeds out to the speakers.Drove to work, reinstalled (took out and placed it back) fuse out (as suggested above). Noticed the UCONNECT infotainment system was reseted to maybe the oldest version. Lost the ventilated/heated seat options. Kept car off for about 10-15mins, came back and everything (even the software) was back to normal.2005 pacifica, changed battery, now dvd player doesnt work.
