I sometimes notice it in lower gears at low speeds, and it happens on the highway for a couple seconds at a time pretty regularly if I'm cruising around 1,500 rpms. My 2011 Chevy Traverse is moving in high gear and running at low RPMs (~2,000). However, when I “very lightly” accelerate (just barely put pressure on the accelerator) to maintain my speed (typically on an incline) and not cause the car to drop a gear, the the car will “shudder”, “bog”, “buck”, “spitter”.
