"Best" can have many different meanings. As there are many different builds for necro, scourge included. But first thing I got to say here, is that scourge needs his vitality gear. With scourge's high, but fixed shade skill life force costs, upping the life force pool means more casts before you run outta juice.Take Death Magic 1-1-1 for Minion-y power; take 1-3-2 if you want to do more damage yourself. Blood Magic 3-3-1 will ensure you are basically unkillable. Spite 1-1-2 is a good way to boost damage output. Soul Reaping 1-1-2 should be used instead of Blood Magic if you want more damage in Shroud, and don't need the extra healing of Blood Magic.But you can switch curses for soulreaping.Soul Reaping is like the bread to necro's butter. Soul Reaping is bae.And to clearyfy. This is not a zerg build.
