Our Mindthief and Cragheart both just retired. Most of craghearts straight damage attacks don't affect allies. The ones that do, only do one or two damage. A heads up like 'if you end your turn there, you're going to get hurt' is nice but taking one or two damage should not be a big deal. It honestly didn't come up that much. Movement is still tight at level 1, but since you have lots of ranged attacks it should be OK. Try not to use Massive Boulder for the move unless you really have to—the top is just too good.
