If you originally installed the game (on this computer) through the EA App, the default location is this instead:

Yes. I personally use in game FXAA (edge smoothing) for every game I use reshade for since otherwise the dialogue gets awful. Personally I tend to just use shaders that adjust contrast and vibrancy and a bit of sharpen for gameplay.
