I have their fiber service and during gaming sessions / twitch live stream sessions i get connections reset that last 30 seconds* give or take. This can happen half a dozen to a dozen times a day.Latency Issues. Since day 1 of my install, my Fidium Fiber service has been far more unstable than my coax service from another ISP. With a little PRTG magic, you can see my ping slowly increment its way to awful, and this is just to their router. Fidium has home fiber. You'll mostly notice if you need upload speeds. As far as downstream reliability and service, all ISPs are kinda bad. Tough industry.
