AT&T wont even let the Xbox 360 play with U-verse, even though it CAN support AT&T's IPTV (since it was developed by Microsoft) so I wouldn't ever expect Tivo to work with it.If so, I'd click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your not available Bravo on Uverse online situation.
