Lml duramax crank no start.

Got a 12 LML crank no start with actual meeting desired rail pressure. Just a few things. I feel I have check everything. Here is what I know. It has a new left rail with from GM, so new pressure sensor and FPR #2. Has a Fleece lift pump supplying lots of volume to pump. I have a good verified with scope cam and crank signal.Bought a one month subscription to Mitchell. Their spec indicates a minimum fuel rail pressure of 1450 psi @ cranking speed. Mine actually barely started today with a rail pressure of 1228 psi cranking @ approx 150 RPM. Engine idling rail pressure is 4K to 5K @ temp (180F) with a fuel temp of less than 135F. It's now a "Crank no Start" situation. I am replacing the injector return lines and regulator with new but am not sure that will fix the issue. Let it sit for 2 hours and got back in it. It started and ran long enough to get it into reverse and then died. Put it back in park and tried to restart and it just spins and spins and won't fire. Has a full tank of fuel, reprimed the filter and line to make sure it didn't loose prime. Also inspected all fuses under the hood and they are fine.

Mine was loosing prime and would either stall or not start. I did 2 things to fix the problem. I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing. That fixed my problem. Someone makes a billet bleed screw.If you got fresh fuel in the can, and the stock filter is in place, change the filter on the truck, pour 911 in the new filter and some in the 5 gallon container.
