You can unlock these skills by upgrading the Star of the Commander. 1 = 1 skill, 2 = 2 skills, 3 = 3 skills and so on. Epic and Legendary Commanders have a special 5th skill, which is called the Expertise skill. To unlock the Expertise skill, you need to get the first 4 skills to level 5. If u are going to go archer (bad idea because the meta right now is calvary), for the archer tree work all the way till u hit Whistling arrows. Depends also in wich commander u wanna use.
