A lot of things about biomes in general are confusing in the Remix seed (dontdigup), and by extension the Everything seed (getfixedboi). As an example, from what I can tell, everywhere undergound is considered both Cavern and Surface for fishing. Looking at the priority table on the wiki, Cavern is pretty low on the priority list.
Remix seed makes Aqua Scepter a Duke Fishron drop (and increases it's stats to be more fit for that stage) The aqua scepter and bubble gun have swapped places in the remix seed. I did fish for them at 2300 on large world, which is cavern layer by depth meter, but has grass everywhere on getfixedboi. I could NOT fish out the clowfish (quest for ocean) from my oceans.
