At StretchLab Allen, I look forward to creating a partnership with clients to aid them in reaching their goals one stretch session at a time!I obtained my E-RYT 200 and have worked with beginners, kids, seniors, and special needs populations. Upon my recent move to the Greenville area from Pennsylvania I learned about StretchLab and it has felt like a natural way to utilize my skills in the studio. My favorite stretch is the one that hits the most challenging area for each member. Working as an actual aide in a PT clinic will qualify for observation hours which Stretchlab doesn’t necessarily do. But honestly, I learned more at Stretchlab because you get actual hands-on experiences with clients and that helps you build a lot more knowledge rather than a PT aide where I was just showing clients simple and basic exercises.
