I let my mechanic choose between them; he chose the VCM Tuner II because (1) he liked the installation rigidity (e.g. stability clamp in addition to screws) (2) he really liked the battery connection setup. Took him about 7-8 minutes to satisfy himself with installation (original VCM Tuner on my '06 Odyssey took ME about 5 minutes to install).Take a look at the VCMTunerII.
