they cost like 7500g to buy the 120 upgrade, does it stick to the weapon/armour for all characters on your account? like if my mage adds it to their armour now will the other characters i make in the future have that upgrade to when i choose the armour/weapon from the heirloom list or does it only stay with the character that bought it?Nov 17, 2022 · WoW Heirlooms still don’t provide bonus XP, but they now have higher ilevels and better scaling. The Shadowlands redesign of Heirloom gear, which removed XP bonuses, has made Heirlooms a lot less apealing. After all, that XP bonus was the primary benefit of wearing Heirlooms, letting you zoom through the levels on your alts.

I was waiting this TW event so badly to buy the lvl 60 upgrade for all my heirlooms without wasting any gold, I did tiwewalking dungeon runs in BFA until I got 120k timewarped badges.
