Code is for rich condition. Flood on cold start could be do to a faulty engine temperature sensor. You need to see what temp. ECT sensor is reading on a cold start via scan tool. Check inlet temp. also. PCM adjusts fuel richer for colder temps. so if PCM see's colder than what it actually is it could flood motor.06 cobalt ls, cranks but wont start. I had just bought this 05 chevy malibu classic and it would shake a bit when at idle but nothing else was wrong with it, was a nice reliable vehicle. It ran a little rich so I decided to replace all 4 fuel injectors (2.2l 4cyl) and after that it will not start.
