DUKE needs to improve their service estimates. They seem to just throw a date/time out there that has absolutely no relationship to reality. On this particular outage power went out at 4pm, when I reported it first they said 7:00pm then later they called back with 7:45pm then called back yet again with 8:45pm. Power came back on at 5:15pm.
