Also if you were set on tubehax DNS or have any DNS blocked in your router it won't work. Make sure you have tried booting your 3ds with the SD card removed.Try redownloading Luma and replacing boot.firm. You might need either 7.1 or 8.x depending on which B9S version you have, so if one doesn't work try the other.
