Do about five different ones and then take the average. That will be the weight to use. Other wise 100 grains of Triple Seven by VOLUME is supposed to weigh 77.7 grains by weight. And with Pyrodex RS 100 grains by Volume as I remember weigh 100 grains by weight. But really do it the first way described.

The weight will vary from lot to lot when they manufacture the propellant. But the volume tends to stay the same. For the cva rifles the easiest thing to do is pick up a breach plug for bh209, in really supposed they haven't gotten on like the others have and got rid of the flat faces breech plugs.
