There's nothing INO is specifically good at, you can make him whatever you want him to be. The main thing is all of his stats are 99, he truly can be made into anything. tbh just do anything. His stats are all maxed out, so there really isn't anything that doesn't work with him. Fire, ice, physical etc are all good.

Making specific Persona builds is something I personally find a lot of fun but it does require a bunch of messing around with skill cards, proper fusions and skill inheritance, grinding, etc. - you have to go out of your way to do it.
