Once the gear is crafted, players will use the existing enchanted Shadowflame crests recrafting system to upgrade their gear via the Auction House. Renown 20 should reward an enchanted Aspect crest, not Wyrm. You definitely put more effort into getting renown 20 than 1 aspect crest normally. And Wyrm crests are worthless by the time you reach 20 and just delete the reward.
